Welcome to Wolfi's High Performance Centre on the Al Hudayriyat Island where we take your performance and recovery to the next level. We have partnered with leading brands and industry experts to provide you with all your performance needs whether you are a professional, aspiring athlete or recreational sports enthusiast.
Our offerings include: Vo2 Max, Fatmax, Lactate Accumulation, Complete Metabolic Profile and a Complete Metabolic Profile + Vo2 max Performance Tests. These tests are engineered by Science to Sport who have High Performance coaches in UAE Team Emirates, BORA-Hansgrohe and Specialized Factory Racing professional cycling teams. Premium bike fitting in our GebioMized Concept Lab, the first outside of Europe and the ultimate in recovery provided through cold water therapy from Avanto pools and physiotherapy and soft tissue treatment in partnership with BounceBack.

A bike fit is where you and your bike become one. Being comfortable and in the most optimal position on the bike will assure you get the most out of your riding and avoid injury. With the GebioMized platform we use we get an in-depth look on the pressure measurements on all points of contact through pressure mapping. We proudly present to you the first GebioMized Concept Lab outside of Europe.

Leomo uses motion sensors to accurately capture your cycling movements and help detect poor form on your specific motion analysis data for a personalized fit. With the slow motion video, it makes it easier to visually understand form data by showing exactly how you move when on the bike. We offer four different tests; the VO2 Max test which refers to the maximal oxygen uptake, assessing maximal aerobic capacity and Peak Power Output. Secondly the Peak Power Output test that incorporates some VO2 max test values and same protocols but without measuring metabolic gasses. Thirdly the Lactate accumulation test provides the training intensity information which helps to establish your training zones. Lastly the full metabolic profile allows us to measure your fat utilization as fuel and help us to set training zones to improve your economy and body composition.

We have three different coaching plans, gold, silver and bronze where you can decide what level of guidance and support you require. Our coaching programs are in collaboration with Science to Sport who have over 20 years’ experience coaching some of the most successful cyclists on the pro tour.

Our Classes
In this 45-minute session, young riders will embark on an exciting journey into the world of cycling safety and skills development. Here's what you can expect from our introductory level class:
Bike Safety Basics: Safety is our top priority. Riders will learn essential safety guidelines for themselves and their bikes, ensuring a secure and enjoyable cycling experience.
Balance and Glide: Our experienced coaches will guide riders through the basics of balancing and gliding on a bike. Through fun and engaging activities, riders will develop their balance skills, laying the foundation for independent cycling.
Introduction to Pedalling: With a focus on building confidence, riders will be introduced to the concept of pedalling independently. Coaches will provide guidance and support as riders take their first steps towards mastering this fundamental skill.This level is specifically designed for young riders who cannot ride independently yet. Our patient and encouraging coaches will provide personalised attention to ensure that each rider progresses at their own pace.
In this 45-minute session, young riders will continue their journey of skill development and bike handling. Here's what's in store for this level:
Bike Safety Review: We always prioritise safety. Riders will start with a brief review of bike safety basics to ensure they're equipped with the knowledge to ride safely at all times.
Skills Development: Our experienced coaches will guide riders through a series of fun and engaging activities aimed at developing their riding and bike handling skills. This includes braking techniques, turning skills and bike signals.This session is designed to build upon the basics learned in previous levels, providing young riders with the tools they need to become more proficient cyclists. With our guidance and encouragement, riders will gain confidence and competence in their riding abilities.
You are now a confident rider and ready to start getting serious! During these 45-minute lessons our coaches will test your bike handling skills to the max and even give you a few taster of the tracks at HUD! During this action-packed skills course you will be covering:
Bike Maintenance: Checking out the workshop and getting all the top tips from our Wolfi's Mechanics.
Cornering: Efficient cornering technique allows you to maintain speed and control through turns.Braking: Proper braking technique helps you control speed and maintain traction.So come and join us for this skills-based session and get ready to take your bike handling skills to a whole new level.

Track Riding Essentials: Before hitting the track, our coaches will ensure that you're equipped with the essential knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective cycling. This includes understanding gear selection and mastering riding techniques specific to track cycling.
Group Riding Dynamics: Riding in groups requires coordination, communication, and trust. Our coaches will guide you through the top tips of riding in a peloton, teaching you how to maintain proper spacing, communicate with fellow riders, and work together as a cohesive team.
Speed and Endurance Training: Get ready to push your limits! With focused speed and endurance training sessions, you'll develop the stamina and strength needed to tackle the challenges of the track. Whether it's sprinting for the finish line or powering through long distances, our coaches will help you reach your full potential.
At Track Masters, we believe that the track is where champions are made. With dedication, determination, and the guidance of our experienced coaches, you'll unlock new levels of skill and performance on the track at Al Hudaryiat Island.
As a complete beginner, our female-led sessions are designed to help you become a confident and independent cyclist. Come and learn the basics at your own pace in a fun and relaxed environment, consisting of the same aspects as the Brilliant Balance Sessions for beginners.
Under the expert supervision of our coaches, you budding MTB riders will embark on an exhilarating journey to hone your MTB cycling skills to perfection.
Join us for our weekly MTB sessions where your bike handling skills really will come into play. Sessions are 1 hour long and during the block of session these are just some of the things you will cover:
Bike safety: Before hitting the track, our coaches will ensure that you and your bike are safe to hit the trails by gettig you prepared for all the different terrain you will encounter.
Gear Selection: Super important when taking on the trails at HUD, looking at gear selection and body weight distribution.Safe Riding Learning to safely ride the trails and obstacles at the track at HUD - let's go and have fun!
