You agree to use Wolfi’s website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Terms & Condition and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Wolfi’s may suffer) of any such breach.
- Photos on the website are for illustration purposes only, in order to obtain an accurate description of any product and its details you should read the product description listed.
- TERMS OF SERVICE
You will be required to register with Wolfi’s to access certain services or areas of the Site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant to you the username you request. Your username and password are for your personal use only. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to Wolfi’s including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, Wolfi’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.
- In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are other important legal conditions concerning Return policy and Cancellation policy. To agree on these general terms and conditions means your approval and your commitment to the return policy, which are all part of a legally binding contract between us and you. You must read these general terms and conditions and return policy carefully before buying anything from Wolfi’s Website.
- We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and return policy at any time. Any changes in terms and conditions will apply on all new orders after posting the changes on Wolfi’s Website. You should review the general terms and conditions and return policy posted on Wolfi’s Website before each request.
- We have the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, sell any of our products, stop online shopping temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. In case our service stops after payment, we shall refund you, in accordance with the return policy- refund.
- It is your responsibility to ensure confidentiality of your login and password, and all other data related to your account at all times. You agree to notify us as soon as you know about any suspected or presence of any risk to the security of your account./
- AVAILABILITY & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Payment for products from the website can only be made via card payments when the Product is ordered. Wolfi’s can not accept any other form of payment.
- Our prices include statutory VAT of the UAE but are net of shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your debit card payment will be 'authorized' at the time of checkout. This will place a hold on the funds, and payment will be taken once the order is dispatched. If a problem in supply should occur, the authorization will be reversed and funds will be released back into your account within 3-5 days. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on the payment provider. If a problem in supply should occur, funds will be refunded as swiftly as possible.
If your delivery address is outside of the UAE, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Wolfi’s order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UAE.
- If you are using a foreign credit or debit card, you should be aware that in some cases the banks may charge you for international transactions. Wolfi’s is not responsible for any charges levied by banks. If you are using foreign credit or debit cards, you should also note that the amount charged to your credit or debit card will be the value of the Product displayed in AED which is converted into the currency of your credit or debit card at the prevailing conversion rate by the banks.
- Wolfi’s accepts orders for Products subject to availability. If for any reason the Products you ordered are no longer available, Wolfi’s will contact you using the contact details provided when placing the initial order and either:
- Offer you an (can)alternative Product of equivalent quality and price if (is) this is possible or;
- Cancel the product from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that product.
- If Wolfi’s is unable to contact you or receive a response from you, Wolfi’s will process any remaining Products on your order and refund you for the Products Wolfi’s was unable to supply.
- Wolfi’s retains the legal title to any product supplied by us until the purchase price including VAT and shipping costs are met for such Product.

- Refunds will only be issued once the Returns policy has been completed and complied with. Please see our Returns policy.
- If an item is returned within the proper period and the correct channels of communication have been followed then an item can be full refunded.
- Items that have been outlined as unreturnable will not be able to receive a refund.
If the item is approved for a refund then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 week. Any further delay may be caused by the processes of the banks or other such similar institutions.
- If there are any issues with your refund then please contact your bank and/or card company to check the refund status.
- Wolfi’s is not responsible for any fee the bank or card company may take during the refund process.
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.
- Once the order has been agreed and submitted you forgo the right to cancel the product/s if customized.
- GOVERNED LAW
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the UAE. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
- User Reviews and Comments
- You agree to comply with all legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which you are located with regards to your use of the Website and you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for ensuring your own familiarity with such requirements and your own compliance with these requirements.
Members are able to post comments, information and other material (“User Content”) on the Website. You must not post User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable or which denigrates any person or entity within the Website. You understand that the person who submits User Content is responsible for that User Content. In the same way, you are entirely responsible for the User Content that you make available to or through the Website. Wolfi’s is not liable for any User Content. Wolfi’s has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, edit or remove any User Content.

- Wolfi’s does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of User Content. Additionally, Wolfi’s is not liable for any loss or damage that you suffer because of your use of or reliance on the User Content. User Content may not be accurate – please make your own enquiries before relying on any User Content.
- Once you submit User Content to the Website, you grant Wolfi’s a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use and modify the User Content in any way in all media. Amongst other things, it may be included within the Website.
- Wolfi’s will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as direct result of Wolfi’s breaching these Terms even if these losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and Wolfi’s at the time the contract for the sale of Products by Wolfi’s to You was formed (which is formed at the time Wolfi’s sends the confirmation email to you). Wolfi’s will not be responsible to you or any Third Party for any business loss (including, but not exclusively, loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from Wolfi’s actions or the actions of Wolfi’s sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both You and Wolfi’s when the contract was formed.
- Any damage claims of the Customer based on obvious defects of the product are excluded from this if the damage is reported within 48hrs of the Customer receiving the product.
- Wolfi’s has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time prior to the Products being dispatched.
- Wolfi’s liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the total price charged for the Products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes Wolfi’s liability to you for personal injury or death caused by Wolfi’s negligence.

- This Website may contain links to other websites. Wolfi's make no representations or warranties as to any of the practices of any websites operated by a third party and Wolfi’s does not assume any of the responsibility for the content or practices of such websites. - FORCE MAJEURE
- Neither Party will be liable to the other under these Terms or any other agreements between the Parties, for an loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the first party’s reasonable control including and without limitation; any act of God, exceptionally severe weather, failure or shortage of power supplies, extreme weather events, trade disputes, lock-outs, strike or other labour disturbance, the act or omission of government, war, riots, royal demise, military operations and acts of terrorism etc…
- Intellectual Property Rights
- The Website content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. Wolfi’s retains all rights in such content. You are only permitted to access and use this Website for personal and noncommercial purposes.
