Please remember to bring some valid identification with you (UAE ID Card, Driver’s License, Passport) and a credit card. We will scan your ID and also take a security deposit, against the return of the bike, from your credit card using a paper voucher (which you must sign).
YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF COLLECTING THE BIKE.
To confirm your booking we will need to know which date you will collect and return the bike to our shop. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of rental bikes. Rental bikes are available for collection at 2pm, and need to be returned by 12pm on the last day of the rental in order to prepare the bikes for collection for the next customer.
