                  OVERVIEW
Sole:
Continuous contact. It has two pieces of expanded rubber that provide surprising traction. Two holes lighten the midsole and allow the carbon plate to be seen.
Midsole:
Built with two pieces of different densities (Dual-density Kinetic Light Foam… there you have it…) it is fast, firm, reactive and stable, a great midsole. Between the two layers is the carbon plate, which is designed to push off even when landing on the heel.
Upper:
Very thin and very light, it is made from a single-layer pre-formed piece, with heat-seals around the back 2/3 and on the lacing. Medium-hard but effective heel clip and just enough padding (it is a competition shoe, but a little more padding would be good...).
Recommended for:
Runners who want a shoe with a carbon plate. Among all the options available, this is one of the easiest to adapt to, and you can get all its features (speed, momentum, comfort over long distances) without being a super athlete who goes at full speed. For neutral runners or users of light or medium weight insoles and for paces of 4'15" or faster.
