Electrolytes by SPONSER® is a refreshing, calorie-reduced electrolyte drink for sports and leisure!

If training in the range of basic endurance or fat metabolism is performed, or also in case of a calorie-conscious diet, an adapted, low-carbohydrate supply is advantageous.

The virtually calorie-free thirst quencher comes in the form of an effervescent tablet and supplies the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, and potassium to replace sweat loss during exercise. Especially sodium is lost in increased quantities at warm temperatures or during extended training sessions. One effervescent tablet provides a 500-750 ml sports drink with 400 mg of Electrolytes. The consumer unit appears in a practical, easy-to-carry tube and provides 10 drink servings. Electrolytes are available in five flavours.

The zero-carb sports drink is additionally enriched with zinc, which supports normal fatty acid metabolism. Training at high intensities usually requires energy management with sufficient carbohydrates. For these purposes, SPONSER® recommends Competition® or Isotonic.
