Lake CX218-X Wide Road Shoe

The upper of the Lake road cycling shoe is made of Clarino™ microfiber leather and mesh. This makes the shoe breathable, very durable, snug-fitting and very fashionable. The surface has been treated with polyurethane. This makes the leather less stretchy and increases water resistance.

Lacing system:

The L6 BOA lacing system provides a smooth, even closure and a secure, comfortable and customized fit. It can be easily readjusted even while riding and does not lose tension over time.

Last:

For optimal power transmission, the specially designed CX/TX Competition-last. With a profile specifically designed for very high cadence and higher pressure, the Competition last has a more curved profile than the Sport last. Key differences include a wider toe box and heel lift, a firmer heel and a slightly wider ball circumference to allow the foot to expand under high pedal pressure.
