Shimano Disc Brake Pads - Resin - G05A-RX

Shimano G05A disc brake pads are made of resin and equipped with aluminum base plates. 50 % more wear-resistant than its predecessor, G03A. Recommended for XTR, Deore XT, SLX, Deore, and Alfine disc brake calipers.

Resin brake pads are quieter than metal pads but offer slightly lower performance and wear more quickly. Metal pads have a longer service life than pads made of synthetic resin, are more fade-resistant, and offer consistent deceleration in dry and wet conditions. Metal brake pads may generate noise during braking.
