Shimano Chain CN-M8100 for HG 12 Speed

The Shimano Deore XT CN-M8100 is a 12-speed chain built as part of the Deore XT M8100 12-speed drivetrain. The Deore XT line carries over technologies from Shimano’s high-end XTR components, including Micro Spline and Hyperglide+.

Its contact surfaces are precisely formed to work with Dynamic Chain Engagement+ chainrings and Hyperglide+ cassette teeth. According to Shimano, this gives fast, precise and smooth shifting in both directions, even under the highest loads.

The inner plates are chrome-plated, which Shimano says noticeably increases durability. The chain is a Hyperglide+ type and is suited to MTB and Allroad / Gravel use.

An SM-CN910-12 Quick Link connector is included for installation.
