Find Yourself, Get Lost

Sometimes the best part of a ride is not knowing exactly where it will take you.

That’s why the Scott Addict Gravel is designed around what matters most: comfort that lasts, stable handling on varied surfaces, and the versatility to carry what you need. Whether it’s a quick escape after work or a day spent exploring at your own pace, it gives you the freedom to simply enjoy the ride.

Meet the Scott Addict Gravel. A gravel bike designed for the way you really ride.

FEATURES

MORE CLEARANCE, MORE FREEDOM - The Addict Gravel opens the door to new terrain with a tire clearance of up to 57mm, wide enough for proper tires that take you far beyond smooth champagne gravel roads.

It comes equipped with 50mm tires, striking the perfect balance between control, stability, and all-day comfort. No matter how rough the road gets, this bike is ready to turn every ride into one for the books.

Threadlike chainstay

An exceptionally thin chainstay, down to 8.5mm at the slimmest section, enables generous tire clearance without compromising aesthetics, while keeping the bike nimble, responsive, and cleanly integrated.

The new Addict Gravel is compatible with the biggest gravel tires available on the market and even supports 2.2-inch MTB tires.

ENGINEERED FOR THE LONG HAUL

The Addict Gravel is made for adventures that don’t stop at the horizon. Built with comfort at its core, it keeps you strong and steady as the miles stretch on and the terrain changes beneath you. The bike’s thoughtful geometry, tire setup, and ergonomics work together to smooth out rough paths and fight fatigue, so you can stay focused on what lies ahead.

To achieve this unique comfort, the Addict Gravel borrows a critical design element from the Addict road bike. The reduced seat-tube section allows for additional displacement. In addition, the dropped seat stays are designed to flex outward, and the top tube enables a slight upward deflection. All of this improves frame compliance.

Front compliance, which is especially relevant for gravel riding, was also addressed. The bowed fork legs, the smaller steerer tube, and the new combo design all work together to deliver more comfort. All these improvements generate a welcome 30% increase in front compliance. This improves vibration damping at the front, where it matters most.

The result is a bike that is significantly more comfortable than the previous generation. Rear compliance has been improved by 60% with a rigid seatpost. Even if you were already using our comfort seatpost, there is still a 25% improvement. This allows you to stay out longer, explore further, and simply enjoy the ride more.

REDEFINED GEOMETRY

We made targeted and impactful tweaks to the new Addict Gravel’s geometry to elevate comfort and handling. The stack is 10mm higher than the previous generation, and the reach is 10mm longer, but the cockpit is 10mm shorter to compensate.

We also lowered the bottom bracket to account for larger tires and increased the fork rake to preserve playful and reactive handling.

The result is a longer front center, placing the front wheel further ahead. This improves confidence, especially at speed or on more technical terrain.

Despite the increased tire capacity, the chainstay length remains short, unchanged from the previous generation.

The riding position of the Addict Gravel mirrors that of the Addict road bike. If you are already familiar with the Addict, the transition will be seamless. You will immediately find the same comfortable and balanced position. This is intentional, as both bikes belong to the ‘Ride’ category.

CARBON EXPERTISE

The Addict Gravel is available in two proven carbon layups. The HMF version strikes the perfect balance between lightweight construction, stiffness, and comfort, while the HMX version takes performance to the next level.

While stiffness remains important, the objective here is slightly different compared to a pure road bike. We intentionally reduced overall stiffness to improve traction and compliance. But don’t be alarmed – we’re talking about very subtle differences here, less than 5%. This allows the bike to better adapt to uneven terrain, providing more grip and predictability. You still get a precise and efficient ride, but with a more forgiving and confidence-inspiring character.

BE READY WHEN THE RIDE TURNS ROUGH

The Addict Gravel is built to handle the unpredictable with rattle-free frame storage that keeps your essential repair kit (tubes, levers, pump) locked in and ready when things go sideways. Need more? Hidden at the bar ends, you’ll find an Allen key and a tubeless repair kit, always within reach. No matter how remote or unforgiving the terrain gets, you’ve got the tools to fix a mechanical and keep on riding. Turning back should never cross your mind.

Save the Day kit - Never get caught unprepared. The Syncros Save the Day kit
is neatly integrated into the downtube, housing an inner tube,
tire levers, and a mini -pump, so you’re always ready for the
unexpected.

Dedicated frame bag - Bring all your essentials along for the ride. A dedicated toptube bag, designed to endure even the rockiest gravel roads,
keeps your valuables secure.

And if minimalism is more your thing? No problem. The bag is removable. We also made a concerted effort to integrate screws cleanly, keeping everything flush with the frame. Whether you ride without bags for a clean, minimalist look, or fully equipped for exploration, the bike’s aesthetics remain on point.

SYNCROS

Long days on the saddle require a dialed-in fit. That’s why we’ve ensured full compatibility with a wide range of Syncros components on the new Addict Gravel, giving more options to fine-tune position and performance. Many of the small parts on the new Addict Gravel are now interchangeable with the Addict and Addict RC, creating a versatile ecosystem of components. Whether you prefer the Addict Gravel-specific stem, the RC stem, or the integrated Syncros cockpit, the choice is yours. Plus, all spacers and stem covers are cross-compatible for seamless customization.

New Gravel Cockpit: When it comes to touchpoints, we’ve designed an entirely new gravel-specific cockpit. It comes with an increased forward sweep to improve wrist clearance when leaning hard into corners. Simultaneously, the reach of the cockpit has been reduced to make it easier to switch position between the top and the hoods. The new cockpit also features a neutral shifter position. This is achieved through a short vertical section where the shifters are mounted, before the flare begins. As a result, the brake levers remain aligned with the drops instead of pointing outward like on most gravel bars. We also optimized the drop shape to provide more palm support and improved access to the brake levers. All these changes combine to deliver a more intuitive and controlled riding experience.

The new Addict Gravel also uses our D-shape seatpost, making it compatible with our integrated rear-light system. New for this year, we are introducing the integrated seatpost clamp design from the Addict RC, improving aesthetics and comfort

Fork Mount: The new Addict Gravel fork allows you to mount water bottles on the fork blades. We wanted to give riders more flexibility in how they configure their bike. For example, you can add extra water storage for riding in hot and dry conditions, or you can move the bottles to the fork blades – freeing up more space in the frame for a larger bag. Instead of placing the mounts on the outside, we integrated them on the inner surfaces of the fork. This helps preserve a clean aesthetic.

We developed custom mounting brackets to position the bottles in an optimized location. By placing the weight distribution closer to the steering axis, we reduce inertia by 35%. This results in quicker and more linear handling – even when the bike is fully equipped.

USER-FRIENDLY ADJUSTMENTS

As we did for the Addict RC and the Addict, we’ve engineered the new Addict Gravel to be effortlessly adjustable, setting a new standard in ease of setup. By streamlining bolt specifications and integrating a universal tool, we’ve revolutionized the adjustment process.

Located discreetly within the cockpit or handlebar drop, the T25 key empowers riders to fine-tune stem, handlebar, seatpost, saddle clamps, and even bottle cages with unparalleled simplicity. In addition, we’ve included a tubeless repair kit on the opposite side – reflecting how most riders set up their bikes today. So once again, the idea is simple: everything you need is already on the bike. This innovative solution not only enhances user experience but also simplifies setup procedures for mechanics.

BEST-IN-CLASS WEIGHT

While the Addict Gravel is built for comfort and versatility, we haven’t forgotten our fundamentals — Scott has a proud history of creating some of the lightest bikes in the world. That legacy lives on in the new Addict Gravel, where every detail was carefully engineered to keep weight to a minimum. The result is a frame that ranks among the most competitive on the gravel market.

The Addict Gravel is now available in two carbon layup options—HMX and HMF—allowing us to offer both a superlight performance model for weight-conscious riders and a more accessible option without compromising ride quality.

At just 794g, the Addict HMX frame provides an impressive 75g reduction compared to the previous generation.

Even the more budget-friendly HMF version sees a 25g weight reduction compared to its predecessor. At only 990g, it delivers lightweight performance across the entire lineup.
