Lightweight Fernweg Evo Pro 63 Road Wheelset

The 28" Carbon Tubeless high profile wheel FERNWEG EVO 63 Disc is a true lightweight (set 1695 g/ VR 810 g/ HR 885 g) and the aero wheel from Lightweight. The modern shape with aerodynamically optimised rim design builds on the characteristics of the Lightweight classic MEILENSTEIN and combines the excellent stiffness and weight ratio with low crosswind sensitivity and best handling.

Thanks to the special carbon layer structure, the wheel is particularly stiff and can hardly twist at all, which ensures acceleration as fast as an arrow and direct power transmission without energy loss. In addition, the carbon layer construction is adapted to the purposes of the FERNWEG EVO. The latest generation of Lightweight wheels from the EVO series are equipped with special CFRP fibres and are even more stable, durable and efficient than ever before! For the rider, this means even more efficient power transmission, excellent handling, improved rolling characteristics, more precise and safer braking performance and above all more speed. The propulsion is phenomenal - you have to experience it yourself.

The high quality is continued in the new design: The FERNWEG lettering is lasered in and thus stands out from the silky matt carbon look of the wheel. The Lightweight lettering is available in a white or red label.

The front wheel is equipped with a newly developed Lightweight Pentagon hub. The rear wheel is equipped with a Lightweight DT Swiss 240s hub and an easily exchangeable rotor for Campagnolo or Shimano or SRAM.

The FERNWEG EVO Disc is equipped with disc brakes. These offer a constantly high braking power independent of weather conditions, which can be achieved with less manual force. The innovative pentagon hub system increases safety when braking, as the heat generated during braking is absorbed by the nature of the pentagon hub.
