The new generation of CeramicSpeed Alpha bottom brackets sets completely new standards for performance, durability and user-friendliness. Every element has been redesigned and optimised from the ground up. The aim was to develop a lighter, more durable bottom bracket without compromising on friction - while still simplifying the design.

The Alpha bottom bracket impresses with minimal frictional resistance. Precision ceramic balls in hardened, corrosion-resistant stainless steel bearing races ensure maximum efficiency and consistent performance with every pedal stroke. Optimised dust covers and seals reliably keep out dirt and moisture, allowing long distances to be covered without maintenance. This is backed up by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

Lightweight yet robust bearing shells and a slim tube reduce the overall weight without compromising on stability or durability. The simplified, uniform interface for balls and seals makes selection, installation and maintenance extremely easy and adapts effortlessly to all common bearing standards. The bottom brackets for 24 mm and 30 mm shafts have become 10% lighter. The specific cups for DUB shafts have been designed so that fewer spacers are now required during assembly.
