Assos MILLE GT Spring S11 Fall Bib Tights

Midweight insulation for long-distance riding in the cool, dry conditions of late spring and early fall – soft, breathable, thermoregulating, and engineered with 50% reclaimed materials.

The GT SF Bib Tights S11 debut an all-new, eco-conscious textile, POLAR, which provides midweight thermoregulation with a brushed, soft inner face. With half of its material coming from pre-consumer recycled sources, POLAR marks a step on our journey of sustainability – though we tested the textile extensively to ensure sustainability doesn’t come at the cost of insulation, breathability, or body-wrapping elasticity. The external rollBar bib strap construction is adapted from the Racing Series, adding locked-in security to the GT S11’s endurance-tuned fit – streamlined, stable, and dialed for all-day comfort. The GT S11 Insert also benefits from trickledown RS technology, combining the rider-favourite MILLE insert with a soft, pressure-relieving Sundeck panel.

Featured Fabric: POLAR is a midweight (250g/m²) warp-knit textile with a soft, brushed inner face that creates low-volume loft to trap warmth without bulk. The material content is 50% pre-consumer recycled polyamide, reducing ecological impact without compromising performance.

Construction/Fit: Our streamlined regular fit and body-contoured shaping reduce seams, eliminating friction for total comfort and easy layering. Raw cut waist and ankles finish with a gently compressive, bulk-reducing hold.

Engineering

• RollBar: A patented bracing design adapted from the Racing Series. Stabilizes the insert and locks it in place as your weight transfers while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.
• ZeroPressure Waist: A waist construction developed with a soft, highly elastic material to improve the comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.
• Raw Cut: Race-inspired construction at the ankles and waist that creates a lie-flat finish for unrestrictive comfort and low-volume layering.
• MILLE GT S11 INSERT:  Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12: Compressive foam layers in a 12mm endurance platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.
• MILLE GT S11 INSERT:  3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
• MILLE GT S11 INSERT: GoldenGate 2.0: A free-floating construction that moves with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on the wings reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke.
