The ABUS QUIN system is like a private hands-free emergency call center in your helmet. Helmets equipped with the ABUS QUIN system have an integrated accelerometer that detects and measures falls. In the event of a fall, the QUIN sensor, in conjunction with the QUIN for ABUS app on your smartphone, notifies your previously defined emergency contact and transmits your location to them via SMS and email. If the damage caused by the fall was only minor or the helmet simply fell to the ground by accident, you can deactivate the emergency procedure via the QUIN app. If not, a message with GPS coordinates will be sent to your emergency contacts via SMS, email, or push function to coordinate a rescue.
