Tavelo Rise Integrated Handlebar

The TAVELO AVRO Rise Integrated Handlebar is a one-piece cockpit (bar + stem) designed for modern performance road builds that want a cleaner front-end and a slightly taller hand position. Based on the published geometry chart, it features +20 mm extra stack, a consistent 75 mm reach, and a 120 mm drop across sizes, plus a subtle 5.9° drop flare. A centre-mount interface is shown in the product photos for accessory/computer mounting.

RAISED ERGONOMIC GEOMETRY 

• The defining feature of the RISE design is its 20 mm raised bar profile, offering additional stack without relying on excessive spacers. This allows riders to achieve a modern aero position or a more comfortable endurance-oriented position while maintaining the clean aesthetics of an integrated cockpit.

INTEGRATED AERO EFFICIENCY

• The TAVELO AVRO RISE is a fully integrated carbon handlebar designed to optimise aerodynamics and cockpit integration. Internal cable routing keeps the front end clean while reducing drag, delivering a streamlined silhouette that complements modern aero road frames.

LIGHTWEIGHT CARBON CONSTRUCTION

• Weighing approximately 280 g, the AVRO RISE strikes an ideal balance between stiffness, strength, and weight. 

CONFIDENT HANDLING AND CONTROL

• A carefully developed drop shape and reach profile provide natural hand positioning in both the hoods and drops. The result is a cockpit that feels stable during high-speed riding while remaining comfortable for long hours in the saddle.

OD2 STEERER COMPATIBILITY

• Designed around the OD2 oversized steerer interface, the AVRO RISE increases front-end stiffness and steering precision. The larger interface improves load distribution between the fork and cockpit, enhancing control during aggressive riding and sprinting.

*Headset Adapter & Spacer:
The adapter is made of nylon, available in either injection‑molded or 3D‑printed version depending on the bike models. It is reverse-engineered from scanning original factory top caps.

* Important Installation Reminder:
Interference between the top cap and frame may happen on individual frames. This risk is higher for repainted frames with thicker paint layers.
If contact occurs, you may lightly sand the top cap to achieve proper fit. Always double‑check the fit before fully tightening all components.
