How to Wax Your Bicycle Chain for Better Performance and Longevity!
Waxing your bicycle chain is a great way to improve its performance, and longevity and save watts. It provides a smooth, low-friction surface that helps your bicycle chain run more efficiently. It also repels dirt and moisture, which can help to prevent wear and tear on the bicycle chain and other drive train components. This is a bonus, especially when you are cycling on dusty roads in the UAE.

Here's how it works:
The wax melter has a clear lid that allows you to check when the wax is fully melted while retaining heat. The chain hanging feature also allows you to dry your chain without mess and allows the wax to drip back into the pot which can be used for the next application.
The notched base also keeps the melter and chain coupler securely in place. The chain coupler has a steel cable that can be threaded through your chain from one side and secured on the other. Using this cable, you’ll be able to dip your chain in the wax and hang it to dry without messing wax or touching the pot of hot wax.
Note: Remember never to use the system if there is any cord or plug damage, or if it has any water damage. Keep children away from the appliance and closely supervise if the system is being used with children nearby.
Wax your chain regularly. The frequency of waxing will depend on how often you ride and the conditions in which you ride. However, a good rule of thumb is to wax your chain every 2-3 months. Waxed chains require less frequent cleaning and lubrication, which saves you time and money.
